CES report advice for British Nurse!

Hello! I am an experienced, Ex-Military nurse from the UK. I am currently navigating the minefield of becoming a nurse in the U.S! I have enrolled with the CGFNS and submitted all my transcripts which have been reviewed. I am currently waiting my CES Report to be issued. Am I right in thinking I need this report to be able to sit the NCLEX or do I need to pass the NCLEX before they will issue the report??

Moved to the Nurse Registration forum.

You need the report sent to the state and once they review your application and report they will make decision on whether you can sit NCLEX
