hello there...does anybody know if you will apply for nclex in BON do they need a local license?i graduated in the philippines but i ddint have a chance to take an exam before i come here in U.S..does BON accept applicants without local license??hope u guys can help me before i will apply so i dont have to waste my money..i really do appreciate it..thank u..
