apply as a nurse in NZ

hi I am Rini and I would like to register as a nurse in NZ . I got my initial nursing registration from India. I have worked in Saudi Arabia in ministry of health for 2 years. The nursing council of NZ has asked me the verification of good standing . from where should I get it from INDIA or SAUDI? In Saudi I m registered as nurse technician. I am confused and its very hard to get such document from Saudi council . please do reply.. I need help.

Iam from india and i would like to migrate out and work abroad. And as such, could any one help me choose between working as a nurse in middle east countries (uae) and oecd countries.I have 4 plus years of experience in hdu and micu.
