Anyone who applied for RN endorsement to Guam?

hi guys im just wondering if anyone here who already applied for endorsement in Guam? me and my husband will be transfered soon in Guam and i would like to start my RN license endorsement asap, im aware that they dont have any website, i just need help filling up their application and their requirements. i graduated in Philippines and i just got my RN license from oregon last year. Hello! This is the application form that I used for the Guam Endorsement. http://www.dphss.guam.gov/sites/default/files/pdf/RN%20LPN%20Renewal%20Application-09132011.pdf Just submit the following documents and the application form (you could paste your 2x2 picture on the first page, also don't forget the notarization on page 7) The police and court clearance, I believe you can get yours in mainland just make sure they are dated within two months of the date of the application)

For the verification of license you could do the one in the application form or online thru Nursys.com ( I endorsed mine from Illinois to Guam.. Illinois has a different way of verifying license they don't participate in Nursys verification so I wrote a letter of request for my license to be verified and be sent to Guam BON) Just double check how you could verify yours in Oregon, I believe you could do it thru Nursys.

For the endorsement, do they need verification of education from school?

Has anybody successfully found original resources from the state BON for procedures in applying for an endorsement? Having trouble finding the actual BON and process.  [email protected]
