Nurse Manager Certificate by ATI/STTI

Hello everyone. I am entering my final year of nursing school this September and I am looking for advice regarding this program offered through my school. Has anyone ever taken this certificate class or even heard of it? It costs $150 to access the module through ATI and upon completion we receive a certificate. We are told it will look good on the resume but I'm unsure it will be worth the cost. Heres the link to the ATI website if you guys want to take a look. I don't know, I guess I'm of the opinion that $150 is not too expensive for a certificate that can be put on a resume and may look good for a charge nurse or leadership role. I question the value of a new grad getting the certificate, though. A new grad is focused on just learning to be a nurse, it seems to me that a leadership certificate program would not be worthwhile at least for a few years (think Benner).

They are offering a Nurse Manager certificate for people that haven't even graduated and taken boards yet? Wow. It would seem like you would need some actual work experience. I agree, it would look pretentious.

Yeah im not even actually sure what it is, or what I would be "certified" for. I havent been able to pull much up about it on google, all I find is the CNML credential.

The only 'management' credentials that my organization recognizes are those from ANCC.
