I have a question? My sister woke up in the middle of the night with a fever of 39 degrees. She went to the ER. The fever disappeared on it s own with no medication. When the RNs checked the fetus' vital. His HR was 200. It dropped after an hour or so but it still remained high and fluctuated between 170- 190. They had advised her that it would be best to have a C-section. 15 minutes prior to her being taken into surgery, she went into labour.

In this situation, would it have been better for her to go through with the C-section or wait it through and go through a lady partsl delivery?
