license requirements for endorsing

Aloha, I'm licensed as an RN in Hawaii and am looking for the REQUIREMENTS necessary to endorse my license to NY..I found the application but I did not find the basic requirements ..such as how many hours one must work in past amount of years to endorse license, etc. I'm a newly licensed nurse in Hawaii, but do not have many active hours yet..I have been out of nursing for ten years. Thank you..

Go on the New York board of nursing...You need form 1 and 2 and you have to do two inservice from a places they recommend on the site..you need infectious diseases and child abuse. You have to pay $60.00 for these two edu's and $146.00 for the application fee.
