JUST ASKING Little confused

Hi!

I went on an interview about 3 weeks ago, the director made it very clear that my qualifications were what they were looking for,that she felt I had a great personality, and asked if I would be able to be available in the next few days we even settled salary. I thought great good pay exactly what I was looking for...Then never heard from her again! I waited about 2 days after interview and then sent a thank you interview letter. So like i said it is about 3 weeks later and I just saw that the position was just posted again yesterday..They are looking for a nurse.

Ok I didnt get the job,but I am worried! I have a good work history, fell ill and took about a year off...but left on good terms..so I think.

Did someone give a bad recemendation? I cant help but wonder and it freaks me out a little! Anybody have any input?...Thanks so much!:uhoh3:
