Pay for new grad

What is the rate of pay for a new grad RN? I have an interview with a non-profit community hospital outside of the Reno area. I would like a good ball park amount to say if asked. I currently don't work in a hospital and don't have any nurse friends that I feel comfortable enough to ask them.

When I started in 09 for Valley health system at 28.00/hr.

'm pretty sure it's at least 28/hr at renown now. that's the going rate around Reno starting
