Waiting 5+ weeks for NCLEX results

So, I took the dreaded NCLEX in California. And I waited... And waited... and waited some more. No results. I called to ensure that everything was in order (I'd heard stories about lost transcripts) and they ensured me everything was fine and to "be patient". Meanwhile the other students in my class kept continually getting their results in about 48 hours. I waited the four weeks they asked me to wait. I called again and they informed me they've been waiting for transcripts this whole time. I informed them that they were sent and gave them the date. The story then changed to those transcripts being the incorrect transcripts. I spoke with my school who informed me that the transcripts that were sent were correct and that was all they should need. All of the other student in my class became licensed with the same transcripts, no problem. Called the board again and now my case has been sent to a supervisor. This supervisor apparently only comes into the office on Saturdays, ironically a day that I cannot call or even show up (I live over 6 hours away but have contemplated just driving there to get this cleared up). Last time I called I was told to please "be patient" and wait 2 more weeks, that there is nothing they can do.

I have seriously given up hope. I have lost two jobs over this and have no money to pay my bills. Can't find another job in the mean time because no one will hire me; I am over qualified and they know I will pursue nursing once my license posts, so they are not willing to invest the time to hire me.

I really don't know what to do at this point. All of the new grad jobs that have opened at hospitals in my area have filled up; all of those students have already started working. Even if a new position opened up I have no license to prove I am qualified.

I need help, if anyone has any advice, please share.
