Passed Nclex RN on 2nd attempt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

YES!! first attempt the computer took me al the way to 265..and i failed...took my nclex on april 26...got my results on thursday and passed @ 75 questions... what helped me was doing the kaplan questions even though it is pricey (500 dollars)... the Lacharity book was great....

I aslo used the Nclex 4000 CD and Saunders questions.

I will recommend doing 150 questions/day... if you have 2 months before your exam. Dont focus on the scores u are getting but try to notice what sections u keep making mistakes and work on the weak areas...keep on working on the weak areas and it will give u more confidence.

The nclex 4000 CD gives u feed back on what areas u need to work on which helped, i saw the low scores areas and read some content which helped for the exam.

What also helped a great deal was kaplans decision tree........ i wrote it down on the board they gave us at the test center and applied it to every question. The decision tree showed me the whole picture and helped slow my mind down to think it through....
