Need help

by logkem

Hello to every body getting ready for their nclex-rn exam. Me and one of my frien have being debating on which saunder's review to use. I actually suggest to her to use the saunders comprehensive review book, but she incist on using the saunders Q & A. Please did any body think it matters, which one to use.

For my review, I used both books. If you need to brush up on your nursing basics, i really recommend using the comprehensive review. The only reason why I used both books is for the extra practice of doing questions. I studied for about 3 weeks reviewing a chapter a day followed by questions. Another book to get is Kaplan. It was really good practice doing those questions. The questions were hard but made the NCLEX easy in comparison.
