NCLEX-PN MAY 2015

Nursing Students NCLEX

Published

Hi i will be taking my nclex-pn soon, and undeniably just thinking about it takes my anxiety level off the roof.

I just want to start a thread for my fellow nclex-pn test takers, so we can encourage and update each other for our upcoming exam, until we pass, and get our license.

It would also be great to hear from all those nurses, who recently passed the nclex-pn, about their experiences and if they have some helpful tips to share.

Thank you. And God bless us all.

Your post has been moved to the NCLEX Discussion forum to stimulate responses from those who will take NCLEX-PN soon. Good luck to you!

Thank you. :)

Hello

I just recently took the NCLEX-PN (on 2/16) and passed.

I began studying 2 weeks before my exam... That may seem like too little to some, but I did not want to spread myself too thin, and plus I perform better under pressure lol. I used Hurst for content, and Saunders for questions. I input the code from my book at Evolve online and did at least 100 questions/day. I ended up passing with 85 questions :)

My only advice is to come up with a specific study plan, stick to it, and to do something relaxing the day before your exam. Best of luck!

Hi rainbow, that's awesome. Congrats. I have a question. What do i need to bring to the testing site? Just the government issued ID? Or do i need to print the ATT and receipt from the email they sent me? any testing site tips you can give me? Like what to wear and what to bring? Thank u...i appreciate your feedback.

Thanks, shesanurse! The only thing you *need* to bring is your government issued ID. You don't have to bring your ATT or receipt. I'd dress comfortably with layers so you can adjust if the testing room is hot or freezing. And you may want to bring a snack in case you're there for the full 5 hours.

Hello Rainbow, i will be taking my Nclex in May also for the 3rd time, Im very nervous.
