Eligibility is the BON saying you meet requirements ATT is approval to sit NCLEX once. Then you have to apply for another ATT but eligibility will remain anywhere from 3-5 years is my understanding

@silverdragon is right. You're still eligible but you need the ATT from NYSED. You can contact them thru [email protected] for specific instructions. :)

Thank you very much guys for your help :)...I will try to reapply for an ATT. But can I still take the exam without limit as long as I am eligible within 3-5years? I already took the exam twice but failed and decided to take it again this year but I really forgot the whole processing thing =(

The contact info I gave you can answer your questions regarding the re-examination process. They answer promptly within their office hours. As for the eligibility, you are still eligible to take the NCLEX for New York state.
