I have a Hurst review book and they keep saying al you have to do to pass NCLEX is to have more right than wrong. Obviously. But does anyone know if there is a certain percentage needed before they cut you off?

It's not that simple, such as get 51% right and you pass. The exam is a computer adaptive test and there is more involved than simple more right than wrong.
