Lippincott Q&A Review for NCLEX-RN?

This is the NCLEX review book that my school recommends. I haven't seen really anyone suggesting it on this site. Can anyone give me any feedback on it? Is it worth buying? Thanks!

I used the Lippincott book that is strictly Q&A, no review. It was wonderful for things I needed to understand better. The questions are tough, I'd buy it.
