Kaplan or Excell Review Center?

Hi. I am a foreign nursing graduate currently residing in Chicago. I took NCLEX on June 9 2014 and was pretty devastated when I learned that I failed on my first attempt (I ran out of time and only finished 210 questions.) After months of studying, I scheduled to take it again on Dec 29, 2014. I even told myself that it would be a great way to end my year once I pass it. (Computer shut off at 105 or 107, I couldn't really remember as I wasn't paying attention on how many questions I already got but as how to answer each and every question correctly) But to my dismay, I failed AGAIN. Not the best feeling in the world, tbh. As much as I didn't want that exam to define me as a person, it kinda made me feel that it did. After days of nonstop crying, I've come to accept the fact that I failed. I need to get my orifice back up and earn that RN title because I know I deserve it. My reading/review materials on my 1st and 2nd try are as follows:

LaCharity PDA

Kaplan's Strategies, Practice and Review and Q trainers that I printed out online

Hurst review videos (which a friend gave me)

Mosby's Comprehensive Review

After reviewing twice, I can say that my content is pretty ok. I just suck at critical thinking. So I decided to take in the plunge and spend a little on review classes. I need your opinion about Kaplan 's live classes and its Qbank and your review about Excell Review Center in Chicago. Is kaplan really worth your money or can Excell Review Center help me build my critical thinking skills? I am really torn! Please help!
