Hi,everyone.
I'm a Taiwanese nurse who prepared for NCLEX RN for work abroad. And I have 5 years experience of surgical nursing.
I took my RN test on 11th Mar.
And that day was a disaster for me, I woke up at 6:30 and I thought I still could study my note before test started at 9am.
But I never thought my bus was shut down on the highway because the window of driver seat couldn't close! ( ***) because of that,we stopped on the road for almost 10mins, then had a serious traffic jam after, when I arrived the stop it already 10mins left,so I decided to run to the test building, but I guess I was too nervous and had a big raining that day so I slipped and falled when I put of bus,it was so embarrassed, maybe because of that all knowledgeable of meds in my head all slipe away.
But I got the test room just on time and my hands were freeze and cold,I even couldn't understand clear that the test question describe and I stopped on few questions too long, all I wanted was I hope I have enough time to run out off of questions they have and I peaked time counter always.
But the first question hit me hard because I barely know what it said and the medicines are written in scientific names not the product names I used to memorized but lately I could chose the answer that i was sure but it shut down on75.
I did search some posts by the girls who passed the test before and mostly they all thought they didn't pass just because stop on 75.but they did.
Then I thought maybe I'm one of them too. But I still had a bad feeling of it then I called my agent when I home, then she told me that it might be a super good result but might be the worst, and she also told me that if I failed I have to wait till 45days pass then can do it again..(But I applied the work break for test till May, so)
So I start worrying and upsetting. now two days passed and I still haven't get any results on my account, according they said I can get the quick result by pay the fee,but it still haven't available yet.
What should I do during these times of waiting?
Even I still keep re write those quiz again of the LIPPINCOTT'S quiz bank I have, do they helpful to study for the test ? But I heard everybody said Kaplan's are better?
Does anyone who have the same experience can give me some advices ? (
Ps. Sorry my English not very well.
