I purchased hurst review which I think is good for content, not for answering NCLEX style questions.

I failed, I asked for a refund via email, and they are giving me the run around...

I have tried calling them since thursday morning, left multiple voicemails, called all day today and nothing, no operator, no nothing...

very disappointed in hurst in regards to this, i cannot believe they dont have any operators from 8am-6pm? I cant believe it...

Anyways, I am going to give them until Monday afternoon to make this right or I will dispute the charge with my CC company.

It clearly was within their 2 week guidelines, I took every single test, I watched every single video and they dont want to give me a refund, they want me to do a remediation with them, I said via email (my one and only response) I wasnt interested and wanted a refund please.

Havent heard back at all....

I took Hurst but since it had been almost a year since I graduated the refund did not apply. After failing I called to let them know and I spoke to a very nice person who set up the remediation program for me. Later I got an email stating Hurst was sorry I didn't pass but to not give up. It offered an additional review of all the videos at a discount. The email was signed as "Aunt Marlene". Like you, I think Hurst is great for content review but I didn't find it beneficial beyond that. Have faith because you (and I) will succeed it's only a matter of time.

My email also said aunt marlene even though the email was from one of their CS people with a totally different name....
