Lovelyeve27,
as a nurse educator I have inside information that Hurst is the most successful NCLEX preps used for nurses. To me that would be worth it though many of the study where I teach love Kaplan and hate HESI. The latter does teach students to think on how to think before answering a question. Our school uses a cross-section of NCLEX prep programs. I studied with a bunch of nursing students that had just graduated like I did and each of us helped the other in our area we did best in. That worked out well.

I thought Hurst was great. If you push through it, it really does help you understand what you need to know for the NCLEX. However, I also strongly suggest practicing NCLEX type questions. Every person I know from my class has passed the exam and we all used Hurst.

i purchase Hurst and i like it so far...but you will need to also found another resource to practice NCLEX type question because Hurst doesn't offer much.

I heard Hurst was a great tool too. I failed the nclex twice and just bought Hurst to review content. If you need content review, Hurst is the way to go. I also got saunders 6th edition and pda. Good luck all!!
