So I took my NCLEX today at 2 pm. Passed the 75 question marked and was fully prepared to take all 265 but then my computer stopped at 106. I was in shock. I had around 10-20 SATA, 2 math, 2 drag and drops, 1 EKG. A lot of infection control, OB, and Ped's. (I would esp know infants and children's vital sign norms including temp). I felt like I knew some of the stuff but hardly ever felt confident with my answer. My question is, however, is it rare for someone to get 106 questions and pass? I'm getting the good pop up and it's been 10 hours, but still wary..

The number of questions has no bearing in whether you passed or failed. People have passed at 75 question and people have failed at 75 questions. People have passed at 265 questions and people have failed at 265 questions and every number in between. Your test is unique to you.
