My best words of wisdom are these, and no matter what I say to you, you will simply not be able to heed them. But here I go:

AFTER your test, take a deep breathe, and REMEMBER you did pass nursing school, which should be a good indication that you are prepared for this test. Also, remember the test is designed to progressivly ask harder and harder questions in order to determine MINIMUM competancy. You WILL without question walk out feeling you failed. Since you are testing on a Friday, as I did, you probably will spend the weekend in agony, as testing results are usually unavailable until the next BUSINESS day. Don't make yourself worry all weekend. The minute your results are available (if they are available by paying) check them and put your mind at ease. And continuously remind yourself that you knew enough to pass nursing school, and the nature of the test, and TRY to focus on anything BUT the test you took, and in the end, come Monday, you will find an RN behind your name!

Best of luck to you, RN2Be, You have my faith! One question though... On Monday what are your gonna change your registered name with this website to? :p

I just wanted to say that your advice is the first that gave me any real confirmation of how I feel having just taken my LPN NCLEX Exam yesterday.

I maintianed a 4.0 grade point average almost all through nursing school and when I walked out of the testing center yesterday I had this sinking feeling that I had undoubtedly failed the test.

I want to wish every one luck that will be taking their exam in the near future.

Steve
