Start off with Hurst to understand how things work...then go ahead and do Kaplan & Saunders.

Is that the yellow one? Because i have the blue one but it's just purely questions and rationales. I wanted something comprehensive because i need to refresh my brain because it's been 2yrs since i was in nursing school
