i took my first time to answer my q review for hurst and was davastated to see that i only got 47.5% i'm not even close to passing,i don't know if i'm studying right way or i answered when i was sleepy and preoccupied of so many things,i don't know what to do:banghead::cry:

Don't worry! Try to relax a little. I kept getting 60 and passed!!! Just keep doing questions every single day! I used to do 300 a day.

What books did you use?

You can put key words on the flash cards like....FVE and talk about what it is, what causes it... Aldostorone... etc etc. I'm reviewing renal now and tomorrow GI and hopefully Resp. What other resources are you using to study

I am using Feuer, ATI and Davis Success right now. Mostly Feuer for content.

I have used La Charity, and Kaplan.

thanks everyone, maybe it was also the time i took the exam,i was a bit sleepy, i tried doing another set and i got 87 which is far from the first one i took, and yes reading the rationales helps alot, thank you

when are you going to take the test?

I really like Feuer for content. I just listen to the lectures. It helped my scores a lot. The thing is it takes a long time to listen to the lectures.

Do you know of any good books for questions. I am using ATI and Davis Success. I really like Davis Success, but do not know if the questions are difficult enough. The rationales are great, but am concerned about being sure the questions are above the line.

ATI questions are broken down by med surg, etc. so it works for me. I got the questions free from my school, so I am using. There are not tons of questions though, and they are not that difficult.

For myself, I also like Hurst content. It puts in a small amount of videos information that you need to know. I am going to review Hurst content also, and try to have it down so I can explain it to someone else. I think this may be key to getting SATA questions.

I take mine in 20 days :snurse:

I've listen to the first 2 of Feuer but since I got Hurst I stopped. I'm using LaCharity PDA (really good if you don't have it for priotization, delegation and assignment questions, my scores have been improving as I go along the book), Lippincott Q&A is pretty good my friend told me that the questions there were harder than nclex. Umm.... oh and there are these free kaplan questions online that I've used only did one test they have like 7 I think.

Me and my friend before we moved back to the states would sit down and teach it to eachother by taking turns and asking questions like they do in the videos.

15 days.
