I picked up my application for the LPN to ADN :nurse: program at Baker yesterday (EEKKKK!!!! :lol2: :lol2:) It says I will have to take the Kaplan Fundamentals - 75 questions/90 minutes and the Transition test 86 questions/104 minutes...I have been googling like a mad woman and I can't find ANYTHING on a Kaplan Fundamentals or transitions test?? Anybody have a clue???? :uhoh3:

hi! I know this is an old post, but I am hoping it is still relevant. How did the test go? I am in an LPN-RN bridge program and this semester our school changed from the NACE challenge exam to this ellusive Kaplan fundamentals/transition test. I have been reading an ATI fundamentals review book and doing NCLEX RN practice questions from a Saunder's review book to prepare. Any advice you could give me is much appreciated :)

Thank you

Hello,

I’m thinking about going back to school for the RN program after 8 years as am lpn. The school in my area requires a kaplin transition test. Anyone familiar? Any tips? Thanks!
