   Patient ratios are about the same, while magnet hospital has a 24/7 lift team to call! I do know they also have CNAs, probably both do actually. The lift team was something I never knew about until the interview with hospital 2, it's a great feature!

    Thanks Namaste! Yes, this magnet hospital seems incredible! Its won the award 3 times, and its apparently very nurse-driven and they even have a nurse council! Its hard to pass that up

    Benefits are basically comparable, though maybe a little bit better with hospital 2. Yes, I think I will take the magnet hospital's job offer! Thank you to all those who made helpful inputs!

    I'm taking a pay cut because I have a better pay with Hospital 1 than hospital 2. I have moved from the north to the south and so they are offering me relocation supplementation.
