   oh ok thank you so much!!! i didn't realize that... i will be using NCSBN and will be using their relaxation techniques too... if it won't work I will just run 1 mile before my test lolzzz... i don't even know if I can do that ahahha

    yes right now I don't have any choice but to seek medical help anymore... my relaxation techniques and work outs aren't helping anymore so I shall go and seek medical help because I don't really know how bad it's gotten... Thank you for your concern
