   I was just coming back here to say that I now see they do this - If your only problem is a lack of hours but you have at least 720, you can be registered with restrictions. Have you looked at doing some time in rural areas?

   I saw the bit about orientation for the OR, and I didn't check later because I didn't think they would add any positions so I can't comment on if they added a position later in the OR. If they did, bummer, I would have really wanted to apply.
