Psychological Issue Was More Serious Than Initially Suspected

I had a sneaky suspicion that the frequent hand-washing may point to OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder). You could instantly tell something was wrong

When she entered the clinic with her husband, you could instantly tell something was wrong.
