    As a former Scripps employee, I can say that there is no ICU or ED new grad program available. After 1 year there is a transition program that is offered twice a year for specialities like OR, ICU, ED.

    I used to be an IR RN that did neuro.. what @LittleMouse said is exactly how we handled ICU RN's in our facility as well. Basically, they catch up on charting in the control room during the case, if I need them I'll call for them.
