About rnwestla

New Grad RN (2013) with a mission: every time I get a rejection that really stings (either because I wanted it badly, had a connection, or just felt that today was the day I should get a job!) I am going to post something thoughtful, supportive and well thought out. I love this profession and don't want a little thing like not finding a job right away to deter me from the greater good that's out there! Post until hired! And then keep posting, probably!!
