   From what I understand, Columbia does not allow deferrals for the ETP program unless you are in the military. If you have an extenuating circumstance, talk to admissions and see if there is anything they can do. Good luck.

   I definitely did not! Haha. My parents won't be helping me fund any of this, so I feel that their financial information should have no bearing on what I am/am not awarded. Columbia does not require that you include your parents' info.

   Decisions will be released on march 1, but MP said that she will try to get them out the day before. Financial aid info will be sent separately within a couple weeks of the decision letter.

   Just wanted to point out that a short program is not always better. It is a LOT of material to cover and that obviously becomes more challenging the shorter the program is. Of course, everyone has a different situation and different needs. :)

    The deposit for Columbia is 500 or 600...I forget. But I asked during the info session and it was one of those two.
