   I am out of printer paper.. figures, LOL, but I am getting some tonight, then I am going to print it out and turn it into the office. I want to make sure that because I am on a provisional list, all my vaccines and titers are documented correctly.

    They use the individual scores of the HESI, not the overall average. That is why on the application it never stated what your overall HESI score was. I was told each score is put into a spreadsheet and ranked that way.
