   SoCal-35.00 hr. Lvn care manager I was fortunate enough to get into case management/UM a couple months after graduating. Starting pay was 31.50hr

   I sent in my payment on Aug 12 via certified mail. Bvnpt received it on Aug 14. I emailed them to get a estimated time on when I will receive my license and this is the response I got on Aug 27: "Your Initial License Fee has not been cashiered yet. ...
