Originally a college dropout after attending one year at a public university, with help and support from my wonderful husband I was able to go back to college and get started on my path in a career that I have been looking forward to since second grade--in the medical field. Nursing is just the first milestone, we'll see where it takes me from there. Married since 2010, I have a wonderful, beautiful and awesome step-son; they are my reason for wanting better things in life for our family.
