   oh dont be sad, i was getting the same..even got 55% but do not focus on the number focus WHY you missed the question...improve your test taking strategies... :) got your pm too!

   same procedure as any LVN and RN application...you can even register at pearsonvue BOTH exams, since they are two different exams...I registered just days in between. NO special procedure/application needed. are you a foreign grad too?

    NO, I did not have any problem.. all i gave them was my passport copy, breakdown of my clinical hours, per hospital hours...that's all.

    these questions are basically "made up" like they will ask you attended nursing conference regarding fall prevention....you would include in the interventions you learned... questions like those, nothing to worry about such questions...
