   I usually take about 30 seconds to pause, exhale while saying "oooohhhhhmmmmm", focus on a positive aspect from God (kindness, love, peace, patience, mercy, etc.), then go about my merry little way.

   At the hospital I did my L&D rotation at, there was a big wall with the names and hand/foot prints of babies born there. One that stuck out to me was Beowulf.

   God put me in this career. The skills I learned, the intuition I constantly acquire, the compassion I was born with... those are what makes what I hope will eventually become a great nurse. For now, just a nurse. :)
