   So, you are saying that the schedule is 5 days classes and one day clinicals on the weekend? Did I get it right! Do you think it is possible to work even part time while on this schedule? Did you work?

   My GPA when I applied was 3.97 . And yes I had volunteer experience in two different hospitals. I also think recommendation letters helps a lot. I had 5 letters. one of them was from a clinician.

   43k is actually not bad at all. NYU does it on a credit basis, so they charge around 80k in the accelerated program. If you can manage the 43k somehow then go for it. That means you will make around 60k for that extra early year as a nurse. Ask about...
