   How do you submit your letters of recommendation on the application? Do they email the people that you are getting your recommendation from or do you have to actually upload the letter?

   thanks for your help NurseDippinDots! Does anyone know if when applying you apply to a certain position or do you just apply to the residency program in general? Any positions easier to get than the others?
