exactly. I did about that in my LVN program as well. I spent at least a week in each of the specialties in the hospital and countless hours on the Med/Surg or Telemetry floor.
mystical, I know you can do it. I graduated from LVN school 2 weeks ago and I never thought I'd get there. This past year was the most hellacious and wonderful year of my life and I wouldn't trade it for anything. Sometime soon, you're going to ha...
Good luck to all of you guys going to WCJC. Not but 2 weeks ago, I graduated from the LVN program in Richmond. It's gonna be a tough ride, but I have faith in you all! Good luck!
I just graduated from the LVN program at WCJC at the Richmond location. WCJC has a great LVN program and they teach you everything you need to know about LVN nursing. Many people think that just because it's a LVN program it's gotta be easy. It's ...
I love my LVN program and I am learning so much from it. I feel like I am really learning how to be the patient's advocate doing it this way. Eventually I'll get my RN but I'm not even thinking about that right now...I'm just trying to get through ...
I am not working through school. I was told by our director that it was not a wise decision. Anyone in our class who was working is now in school full time. We have class two days a week from 8-3:30 and clinicals the rest of the days from 6:30 - 2...

I am in my 3rd month as an LVN student and our program is extremely difficult. We are taking close to 25 semester hours in one semester and learning an extremely large amount of information. We have 35 in the class and 15 are failing either Health ...
I'm a new member here, I just recently started LVN school here in Texas. I came to the forums to see what kind of wonderful advice I could get from fellow LVN/RN's on how to make my year go a bit easier. I've been here 5 minutes and I have already ...
:) It's nice to know there are other schools out there like mine. My school, right outside of Houston, is pretty strict. For us to pass each semester we have to take a math test and make a 100 on it. We can have all A's in everything from Foundat...
Hello aspiring! I am an LVN student and I went through the federal program for financial aid (FAFSA). They are helping me out with school, well as much as they can. It pays for my books and tuition. Try it out, I hope you find something!
