About ChrystalAD

Hi!!! I am a student in FAMU's BSN program here in beautiful Tallahassee, FL :) I'm 7 months away from my BSN, and just got licensed as an LPN so that I can work a little and get some nursing experience before I graduate. I joined allnurses a couple years ago when I was applying to different programs around the state. I wanted to move away so bad, but only got accepted into programs here in my hometown. I guess God has his own plans for me, and wanted to keep me here <3 I wasn't always sure what I wanted to do with my life, but now that I've spent this time in school, I'm 100% sure that I made the right decision! I love learning, laughing, cooking, gardening, and all things hair and beauty! More than anything, I'm using allnurses for inspiration and advice from other nurses. Why do you love what you do?? I'd love to know!! Thanks for checkin out my profile <3 I'd love to hear any advice or inspiration you might have for new RN's (especially how you decided on your specialty). I'm getting closer to that chapter with each new day!! ChrystalAD, futureRN

  9. Becoming an LPN while in RN school

I'm not sure if New Jersey allows the LPN equivalency like Florida does. This is how the FL application showed it. It's called PNEQ.

  15. Becoming an LPN while in RN school

Just got home from taking my NCLEX!! The test stopped at the minimum number of questions, and I was surprised how many "select all that apply" there were. I swear, they were at least half of my 85 questions! Anyways, I feel good about it, and just go...
