   I agree with whats already been said. Document EVERYTHING. Put in an incident report. Go up your chain of command. There are studies that show the more hostile an OR environment is the greater risk to patient safety

   I have a W from stats - I first tried to take it 5 years ago at HCC while working full time. I took it again last year from another university and got an A. I got in so I guess a W is fine!

    I agree with what everyone else has said! In the math know all your unit conversions from memory - there will be questions on that. A&P - I went through all my old labs and just skimmed to refresh my memory. That really helped.
