   North Eastern WV. Several facilities have chosen to hire GPN's and GN's, rather than "experienced" professionals. I have yet to hear or understand any of the explanations given, but it doesn't seem right to me. When I know more, I'll reply.

   I went to the Randolph County Votech School of Practical Nursing. The course cost $4000.00. There were a few item, (within a couple hundred dollars) that wasn't covered under the tuition, and the wvnclex was one not covered. The school's past pass...
