   Another thought, try to take the option of resigning if it comes down to that. You don't want future employers asking why you were fired. Especially if its not truly warranted. Good luck

   Are you part of a union ? If you are, you should definitely get them involved, if not it would be HR as someone earlier suggested.... Unfortunately as Others pointed out, they are within their rights when it comes to giving or lessening your hours ...
