   Hi, I also wanted to ask if you are studying on your bed? When you study where you sleep than sometimes your body thinks its time to go to sleep instead of studying.

   Make sure you are getting enough iron in your diet. I use to be the same way. I went to the health department for my yearly check up,and they told me that my iron was low. I take iron pills now and feell great.
