   i started out at a ltc facility and since we opened up our new unit i was transferred to our sub acute unit..so i would think that they're hiring nurses...regardless whether new grads or not.... its worth a try.. :)

   From what i learned in nursing school... like what the others said... if the pregnant woman has an active outbreak then they should get a C-section.. but if there aren't any present then they can have a vaginal delivery.. hth

   One more important thing i failed to mention.............. NOTHING BEATS THE POWER OF PRAYER I really felt like i wouldn't have passed if it weren't for God.... You will be in my prayers.. remember he is compassionate and he will answer our prayers...

    I used Saunders 3rd edition... for content and the end of the chapter questions.. then I used the learningtext.com course for the questions.. and that really helped... i hope u find what works for u. :)
