   I received a job offer in december through email by the nicu manager but they said it'll take time because they're awaiting to get approval of additional positions to the job, theyre still going through the process but it's so difficult just waiting ...

   Does anyone know how this program works after the 2 year commitment/training? Like, are we going to be permanent employees after the 2 years or would we have to apply for actual positions in the specific unit we want?
