    I have a 73 yo male pt who was admitted on the unit with a medical diagnosis of osteomyelitis. He subsequently had his L 5th toe amputated. Concurrent medical diagnoses are DM, CVD and COPD. I am unsure if I should use osteomyelitis or L toe amput...
