yes but you need to make sure your insurance has you covered for both specialties. Most liability and malpractice insurance charge the higher of the 2 specialties and have you covered for both. There are many NPs that are dual certified

To do float pool you really need a lot more experience. It's like being agency. They expect you to be able to hit the ground running with little to no orientation and care for a variety of patients

I went to Ohio University to get my BSN and had no issues. You will get software to do your lab work. It wasn't super easy but it wasn't extremely difficult either
all of your schooling for nursing counts towards your CEUs and they are good for 2 years. Ohio law has to be in there. You make sure you have them ever 2 years in case you get audited. If no audit then you just renew as usual
