2. Do you wear some type of support for your legs to prevent leg cramps?

   :) I used to, but what with weight gains and menopause, cannot anymore. Now I rely on orange juice, bananas, veggies, more the natural approach, though have heard that Venostat works well for some. When I wore support stockings, I preferred Hanes.

3. SubQ Heparin- air lock?
